WELCOME ALL POTENTIAL SATURN OWNERS!!
If you have come here in search of information about a single person's experience with their Saturn SL1, well, you have clicked on through to the
right site.
And a special welcome to current Saturn owners!  Remember, next time you buy a Saturn, this could be you!

(As a disclaimer, I want to say that everything that appears on these pages is completely true.  It all happened to Ryan and Kathleen O'Neil.  If you want, you can mail us for more information, or with your own experiences or advice.

My wife bought a 1995 Saturn SL1, and 5,500 miles later, the problems started.  Appalling?  It certainly is.  Do you know what's more appalling?  The problems only started there and continue to this very day.

Here's a quick rundown of the problems that we have had with our car:

At the moment, we are in the process of contacting the State of Connecticut's Department of Consumer Protection.  Check back here for updates on our progress.  Along with sending a copy of the pages that follow (with attached receipts) to them, we also sent a copy to Dan Anderson, the Customer Service Team Leader.  Feel free to write Dan, either on our behalf, or your own.

(We were informed on September 2, 1997, that Dan Anderson no longer holds the position of Team Leader of Customer Serive.)

Here's where you can e-mail Saturn: http://www.saturn.com/communication/index.html
