Output Shaft Roller Bearing Removal

Tools Required
• SA9191T M/T Case Output Shaft Bearing Puller
• SA9133T Axle Seal Puller

1. Remove the bearing retaining ring.
2. Install the SA9191T and tighten securely in bearing.
3. Install the Slide Hammer to bearing puller. Place housing, bearing side down, on a press stand. Use slide hammer to remove bearing. Use wood blocks on sealing surface to protect machined surfaces.




4. Remove the transaxle lubrication funnel oil baffle plate.
5. Remove the output shaft bearing filter. Thread a rear cover bolt into the filter and pull the filter out.
6. Remove the stake if necessary.
7. Remove the right axle seal using the SA9133T .
