Child Restraint Tether Anchor Replacement Coupe/Sedan

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the tether anchor cover.




2. Remove the tether anchor fastener.




3. Turn the tether anchor 90 degrees to disengage the anchor locator tab.
4. Lift the anchor up and out.

Installation Procedure

1. Place the tether anchor locator tab in the slot located behind the fastener hole of the package shelf.

Notice

Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Turn the tether anchor 90 degrees and install the tether anchor fastener.
Tighten

Tighten the child safety seat tether bracket bolt to 20-30 N·m (15-22 lb ft).





3. Install the tether anchor cover.
