Traction Control/Fog Lamps/Rear Window Defogger Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure

Important

Do not push the center pins through the fasteners.

1. Press the center pins inward to release the radio/HVAC control cover push pin fasteners.
2. Remove the fasteners and pull the radio/HVAC control cover rearward.
3. Disconnect the traction control/fog lamp/rear defog electrical connector.
4. Remove the switch assembly by releasing the lock tabs and pushing the switch out.

Bulb Replacement

1. Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove the bulb.
2. Install the bulb through the opening and turn the bulb socket clockwise to lock.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the switch assembly by pushing straight down into the radio/HVAC control cover.
2. Connect the traction control/fog lamp/rear defog electrical connector, if equipped.
3. Install the radio/HVAC control cover. Push in at the clip locations.
4. Install the push pins and lock.
