Lock Cylinder Replacement - Liftgate

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the lift gate lower inner trim panel.
2. Disconnect the cable end from the lock cylinder housing.
3. Remove the lock cylinder retention clip from the inside of the lift gate outer panel.
4. Remove the lift gate lock cylinder.

Installation Procedure

1. Place the lock cylinder into the lift gate outer panel.
2. Install the lock cylinder retention clip.
3. Connect the cable to lock the cylinder housing.
4. Replace the lift gate lower inner trim panel.
