Door Jamb Switch Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the endcap assembly.
2. Disconnect the door jamb switch from the wiring harness.
3. Compress the plastic tabs (to body of switch) and push the switch from inside of the end-cap.

Installation Procedure

1. Insert the door jamb switch in the end-cap until the tabs lock.
2. Connect the wire harness to the door jamb switch.

Notice

Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the end-cap assembly.
Tighten

Tighten the endcap-to-I/P fasteners to 2.2 N·m (19 lb in).
