Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet

Removal Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Engine Coolant Check and Replacement .
2. Remove the clamp and hose from the thermostat housing.
3. Remove the clamp and hose from the radiator outlet neck.
4. Remove the radiator hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the hose and clamp on the engine outlet. Position the clamp at 1-2 o'clock.
2. Install the hose and clamp on the radiator outlet neck. Position the clamp at 11 o'clock.
3. Fill the cooling system and leak test. Refer to Engine Coolant Check and Replacement .
4. Install and tighten the coolant recovery reservoir cap.
