Vacuum Brake Booster Check Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the check valve and grommet from the booster.
2. Remove the check valve from the vacuum hose.

Installation Procedure

1. Lubricate the outside diameter of the grommet with silicone grease and install in the booster.
2. Lubricate both ends of the valve, install into hose, and secure the retaining clips.
3. Install the check valve with hose into the booster.
