Radiator Hose Replacement - Inlet

Removal Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system below the engine outlet neck. Refer to Engine Coolant Check and Replacement .
2. Remove the clamp and hose from the radiator inlet neck.
3. Remove the clamp and hose from the engine inlet neck.
4. Remove the hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the hose and clamp on the engine outlet neck. Position the clamp at 1 o'clock.
2. Install the hose and clamp on the radiator inlet neck. Position the clamp at 1 o'clock.
3. Fill the cooling system and perform a leak test. Refer to Engine Coolant Check and Replacement .
