Removal Procedure

1. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Information--HVAC Module Removal, in this manual.
2. Remove the air inlet valve actuator screws and remove the actuator.

Installation Procedure

1. Align the flats on the valve shaft sleeve with the actuator motor flats.
2. Slide the actuator onto the valve shaft until fully seated.
3. Position the motor on the bosses and locator.
4. Install the air inlet valve actuator screws.
5. Install the HVAC Module. Refer to HVAC Module Information--HVAC Module Installation in this manual.
