Differential Assembly Disassemble

1. Drive the roll pin from the differential housing and remove the pinion shaft.
2. Rotate the pinions out of housing and remove.
3. Remove the side gears.
4. Remove the liner from the housing.




5. Remove the differential side bearing.
1. To remove the output speed sensor side bearing, a bearing puller can be used.
2. To remove the differential gear side bearing, use a two jaw puller. Place a shield over bearing to provide protection if bearing should break.
