Output Shaft Disassemble

  1. Remove the reverse driven gear washer.
  2. Remove the reverse driven gear.
  3. Remove the reverse driven gear needle bearing.
  4. Remove the forward/reverse dog clutch sleeve.

  5. Place press support under the 2nd driven gear thrust washer. Remove the following components:
    1. Reverse driven gear needle bearing race
    2. Forward/reverse dog clutch hub
    3. 2nd driven gear
    4. 2nd driven gear bearing race
    5. 2nd driven gear thrust washer

  6. Remove the 2nd/3rd driven gear spacer.
  7. Use the gear puller, if necessary, to remove the 3rd driven washer.
  8. Remove the 3rd driven gear split thrust washer.
  9. Remove the 3rd/4th gear thrust bearing.
  10. Remove the 4th gear and hub assembly.
  11. Remove the 4th driven gear needle bearing.
  12. Remove the 4th driven gear thrust bearing.
  13. Remove the 4th driven gear clutch spacer.
  14. Remove the 4th clutch assembly.
  15. Remove the two output shaft to the 4th clutch hub O-ring seals on the output shaft.
