Weatherstrip Replacement - Liftgate

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the lift gate opening interior sill trim.
  2. Remove the seal from the lift gate opening flange.
Installation Procedure
  1. Install the primary seal on the lift gate flange with the sealing lip toward the inside of the opening. The seal joint should align with the lower center of the lift gate opening.
  2. Replace the lift gate opening interior sill trim.
