LHD illustrations are shown; RHD illustrations

Remove the left lower trim panel extension by pulling
outward at the dual-lock location. Rotate the panel outward to disengage the hinges
from the console.
Remove the bulb socket from the cigarette lighter by rotating clockwise
and pulling it straight out.
Disconnect the cigarette lighter electrical connector by spreading the
barbs with a screwdriver and then pulling it towards the front of the vehicle.
Remove the cigarette lighter assembly by unscrewing the collar behind
the bulb holder.
Install the socket through the front of the console
opening.
Install the bulb holder and the collar. Tighten the collar.
Connect the cigarette lighter electrical connector.
Install the cigarette lighter bulb through the opening and rotate it counter
clockwise.
Install the left lower trim panel extensions by inserting the hinges into
the console openings. Rotate it towards the I/P retainer and press firmly to engage
the dual lock.
