Speaker Replacement - Rear Wagon

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the liftgate inner lower panel assembly. Refer to Liftgate Panel Assembly - Inner Lower in Interior Trim.
2. Remove the speaker fasteners and pull the speaker away from the panel assembly.
3. Disconnect the speaker wire harness from the speaker.
4. Remove the speaker from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect the speaker wire harness to the speaker.
2. Position the speaker in the panel assembly.

Notice

Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

3. Install the liftgate speaker fasteners.
Tighten

Tighten the liftgate speaker fasteners to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

4. Install the liftgate inner lower panel assembly. Refer to Liftgate Panel Assembly - Inner Lower in Interior Trim.
