Drain Cock Replacement

Removal Procedure

  1. Unscrew the drain plug.
  2. Align the drain plug pin with the horizontal slot in the radiator end tank.
  3. Pull the drain plug straight out.
Installation Procedure

  1. Lubricate the drain plug ring with coolant.
  2. Align the drain plug pin with the slot in the radiator end tank and push straight in.
  3. Turn the drain plug clockwise to close.
