Engine Front Cover and Oil Pump Removal

SA91104NE Front Crank Seal Replacer

1. Using a punch or a screwdriver, knock out the oil seal.
1. Clean the seal bore and oil drain back passage.
2. Make sure the oil drain back passage is free of RTV and debris.




2. Install oil seal:
• Using SA9104E and an arbor press, install a new oil seal. Never tap on the seal or seal installer with a hammer.
• Apply a thin film of oil to the new seal lip.
