Push-To-Seat Connectors

Terminal Removal

Important

Cut leads with terminals are available from Saturn Service Parts for terminal replacement.

1. Remove any terminal position assurance (TPA) retainers.
2. Insert the terminal lock release tool into the front of the connector cavity. Pull the wires and terminal out of the back of the connector.

Pull-To-Seat Connectors

Important

Pull-to-seat connectors repair kits are available through Saturn Service Parts. The repair kits include the connector with terminals attached to a short length of wire and crimp and seal splices. Use these kits if the pull-to-seat connector needs replacement.

Weather Pack Connectors

Terminal Removal

1. Remove any terminal position assurance (TPA) retainers.
2. Insert the weather pack removal tool into the front of the terminal cavity.

Splice Pack Repair

Grounding splice pack repair kits are available through Saturn Service Parts. The repair kits include the splice pack with terminals attached to a short length of wire and crimp and seal splices. Use these kits if a grounding splice pack needs to be replaced.

An insulation displacement connector (IDC) splice pack repair kit is also available through Saturn Service Parts. The IDC repair kit includes a splice clip and a heat shrink tube. Use this kit to repair IDC splice packs.
