Finish Panel Replacement - Upper Rear Trim

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear in Seats.
2. Lower the seat backs.
3. Remove the left and right body lock pillar lower trim moldings. Refer to Trim Finish Molding Replacement - Body Lock Pillar Lower .

Important

It is not necessary to remove the shoulder belt. Remove the lock pillar and place on the floor with the shoulder belt routed through the opening. Care must be take not to damage the lock pillar on the shoulder belt.

4. Remove the body lock pillar upper trim molding on one side only. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Lock Pillar Upper .
5. Remove the Christmas tree fasteners from the trim finish panel.
6. Slide the rear window trim finish panel out from under the remaining body lock pillar upper molding, and remove the panel from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Slide the rear trim finish panel under the body lock pillar upper trim molding and over the top tether anchors.
2. Install the Christmas tree fasteners.
3. Install the body lock pillar upper molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Lock Pillar Upper .
4. Install the body lock pillar lower molding. Refer to Trim Finish Molding Replacement - Body Lock Pillar Lower .
5. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear in Seats.
6. Raise the rear seat backs.
