Seat Belt Shoulder Guide Replacement SC2

Removal Procedure

1. Slide the seat belt webbing through the slit in the seat belt guide.




2. Remove the headrest.
1. Raise the headrest assembly to the full-up position.
2. Push the headrest lever towards the rear of vehicle.
3. Pull the headrest out of the seatback.




3. Remove the fasteners from underneath the headrest.
4. Slide the seat belt guide down from underneath the headrest.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the seat belt guide over the headrest support rods.

Notice

Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the fasteners to attach the seat belt guide to headrest.
Tighten

Tighten the seat shoulder belt guide fasteners to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

3. Install the headrest.
1. Align the headrest support rods with the holes in seatback.
2. Push the headrest lever toward the rear of the vehicle.
3. Push the headrest into the seatback.




4. Slide the seat belt webbing through the slit on the shoulder belt guide.
