Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel Corner

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rocker cover panel. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel .
2. Remove the retaining bolt from the front lower quarter panel attached to the rocker cover support.
3. Drill out rivets using a 7.5 mm (9/64 in) size drill bit and remove the rocker cover support. If left side, remove the front and/or rear of the rocker cover support.
4. Using a telescoping magnet with a swivel head, remove the remainder of the rivets from inside the rocker cavity.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the rocker cover support by first installing the net locating rivet to ensure proper location.
2. Install the remaining rivets.
3. Install the retaining bolt in the front lower quarter panel attached to the rocker cover support.




4. Install the rocker cover panel. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel .
